About Team 5167

FRC Team 5167, the Vi-Bots, was formed in 2014. Coached by Jon Smith since it's inception, our team quickly gained traction in the years that followed, spurring the formation of multiple FTC and FLL teams throughout the Marysville School District. The Vi-Bots have a certain personality, there is a reason we go for and win the Team Spirit Award at competitions. We pride ourselves in outside-the-box thinking, resulting in unique designs and solutions to the challenges we face each season.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Marysville High School Robotics Team is to promote Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics by creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students and team members. The MHS Robotics/FIRST program applies the experience and knowledge of today’s experts in the fields of Engineering and Technology in order to help guide tomorrow’s leaders with the skill sets required to be successful in the 21st century.
